"Location of the hotel: excellent Check-in: very easy Staff at front desk: very helpful Room: very quiet; on the 8th floor, in the Headhouse Tower Room cleanliness: needs thorough cleaning (carpet was sticky) House-keeping: hit-and-miss --missing on day one; second day, had to call for clean-up; third day, serviced without call; fourth day, had to call for service Hotel lobby area: very nice Check-out: very easy"

"Room was tired. Looked like there might have been some water damage in the bathroom. Also WiFi was not easy to access in room and needed help from staff. Staff were nice."

"Double paid for parking and the parking attendant had an attitude about how it didn’t show that I already paid. The elevators were clunky and sounded like they were going to fall apart. The room felt like it was falling apart. Wallpaper peeling corner beads exposed. Rusty corners and fixtures hanging out of walls nearly out of the wall completely. Not what was expected for $500 a night."
