"Everything was great. The hotel even smelled good as soon as you walked in! The front desk staff, Malik and Sarita were so friendly and kind and were able to accommodate our early check in which was so appreciated after our long travel day. The room was clean, breakfast was ample and the breakfast staff worked hard to ensure that everything was topped up and that every surface was spotless."

"Location is great if you want to explore most of manhattan. No sense of security issues. Main issue was how thin the walls were and the sheets. You can hear every syllable your neighbors say. Also the sheets are a tad bit thin especially if traveling in colder months. Good value for the location "

"Our suite was perfect, spacious separate sitting room & impeccably clean. We had the breakfast package, Le Matin is a WONDERFUL restaurant. So glad we opted in for breakfast, we had a delicious and leisurely start to our day. The immediate neighborhood is very nice, lots of families and quiet. The Lucerne team was kind and professional, we arranged airport transportation thru the doorman. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and experience. We will definitely be returning. "

"Fresh water station on every floor, ice and washing facilities provided. Friendly staff and all amenities provided. The room was cleaned daily, bins emptied and bed made. Small kitchenette facilities available in room with microwave and fridge. Large television above the bed, showing signs of age but otherwise good. Communal area on floor 27 was delightful offering free coffee and sparkling water."

"This was a nice place to stay and in a good location. There is a small coffee shop/restaurant downstairs. I didn’t realize they had as much food as they did. Some vegan and GF too. I was bummed the rooftop chocolate bar was closed when I was there especially because the bar on the mezzanine level didn’t have Reisling Wine nor milk for Kahlua and milk.
