"The Silver Spruce holds a lot of good memories for me. I’ve stayed there many times. The breakfast is always nice and the atmosphere is great! It was very relaxing to be there. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Every time I went to the front office there was someone there to help. Especially for the price, the Silver Spruce is great all around! Oh, and we love how close it is to the hot springs, shops, and parks. It was nice not having to drive much once we arrived."

"Really did enjoy the Breakfast that was served. The GSI was just about the right distance between a gondola ride up to an amusement park (we bought just the Gondola only. No amusements rides.) and the hot Springs to soak our souls. Had an very enjoyable stay there."

"The pool and sauna are antiquated as well as the gym. Not sure how you change that though. The building overall is just older. The pool and sauna in the basement just feels gross."

"Everything went perfectly until the shower apparently leaked after I took a shower. I went to sleep only to be woken by the room phone ringing asking why water was leaking from the ceiling and if I had left a sink or toilet flowing. I was on a work trip and needed my sleep and the phone ringing terrified me and woke me up and I had a hard time falling back asleep. Then all night the neighbors were slamming doors and thumping up and down the stairs. The man who checked me in was very kind...
