"I give this hotel a five-star rating the place was clean the staff was nice the hot tub in the pool and the sauna was wonderful the grounds were very well kept getting someplace you want to go stay I've already been to Glenwood springs this is my third time and this hotel was reasonably rated it was expensive it wasn't Overkill it was a very nice pleasant stay and when I go back next month I will stay there again"

"How tub was out of operation. Lobby and elevators were dirty due to construction on level 2. Shower doors would not stay shut Room was clean but definitely not a great experience"
