"We enjoyed our stay in a bus. The location is beautiful located just next to a fjeld, and it just looked stunning. We slept 4 in the bus, and used the shared toilets and showers. It is an easy short car ride from Reykjavik, and we also did a daytrip through the golden circle from here. The campsite has cats and chicken, and we enjoyed their “visits”. "Although the room is very simple but there are extra WC and shower room on each floor so very convenient. It is very close to the supermarket within walking distance. The shared kitchen on the main level is a big plus which we did not expect."

"Our stay at the Residence Hotel was perfect - having a little apartment made us feel like we lived in Reykjavik! The property and room were clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished. It is directly off of the main road so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We signed up for the daily breakfast, which was amazing. Some of the best bread and cheese we've ever had. We will return again!"
