We arrived on June 18th and whoever the young lady was at reception that morning was extremely helpful, professional and super accommodating. "Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. "Very convenient location-close to the shore and downtown. Small room very clean, well equipped. The only problem- very limited parking space."

"Room was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was great! Decent amount of parking. They have a coffee machine which you can use at any time as well as an ice machine in the lobby. It would've been nice to have a water bottle refill station also in the lobby. The hotel is not centrally located to the more touristy areas so something to keep in mind--but it was not a far drive and we did not have a problem finding parking when we did leave."
