"Front Desk Agent, Justin was friendly and very accommodating after traveling and work delays. Hotel is very nicely updated with nice cafe is close to plethora of restaurants and shops walking distance. "

"Lady at front desk was rude and off putting, the people on the cleaning service however were some of the sweetest women ever, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small, bathroom was very large, beds were soft. Prime location however, minutes away from shops and restaurants."

"Pretty bare bones. Bathroom incredibly dated. Rooms have no central A/C just a huge unit at the window that didn't work consistently, which made night sleep hard as the room was hot and the unit wouldn't turn on, there was no staff around late at night to look into it. Bed and pillows decently comfortable but the temp in the room was a deal breaker. Outlets on nightstand loose/wouldn't make a connection with my plug. Could use refresh to paint, carpets, furniture and bathroom."

"Nunca nos llegaron hacer limpieza en la habitación de los días que estuvimos aún avisando en recepción de esta situación su única respuesta fue que no tenían personal suficiente para hacerlo y le daban prioridad a las habitaciones que iban desocupando nos pareció una mala experiencia puesto que la idea de que quedarte en un hotel es no tener que limpiar llegar del paseo y encontrar tu habitación mi limpia y con la basura recogida y toallas limpias pero nunca fue así "

"Older hotel, nice lobby, big rooms, outdated elevator. There’s a breakfast buffet (extra fee) but not much selection. Overall good value "

"The hotel has been renovated. It's not super fancy but does the job, especially if you are only using the room to sleep and shower. The only thing we did not like was how thin the walls were. Our neighbors were not loud but we felt like we knew exactly what everyone was doing at all times. I was able to sleep with a white noise app and ear plugs. "

"We had an excellent stay and would happily return. TJ is a wonderful host, very friendly and genuinely helpful. Each morning he provided a warm breakfast treat along with a continental breakfast and fresh berries, which was such a lovely way to start the day. He was also knowledgeable about local activities and gave great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time. "Need to clean the air conditioning unit. Smelled like someone had urinated in the vents, so imagine the smell of the air coming out. I had to turn it off because of the stench. The walls are thin so heaven help you if you are next to a circus monkey that stays on the phone all night! I complained to the night person but the chimp neighbor continued his monkey shines! I’ve stayed here several times so it’s not usually bad…."

"I wish I could have given 5 starts but as we were arriving and taking the elevator up to our room a police officer was coming out of the elevator with someone in handcuffs who did not look like they were staying there. Just didn’t feel that safe just some sketchy people in the hotel. Staff was very nice though "
