"The location was great. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and were given an upgrad to a waterfront view. The only complaint we had is that there are not enough electrical outlets in the room. The outlets that were available were inconveniently located. "

"As always our stay was amazing. It's such a treat to get away and feel like you are in the middle on nowhere. The peace and tranquility is fantastic. It's so nice to wonder around the shop there and the food is second to none. We had a lovely light lunch when we arrived as we wanted to save our appetite for our evening meal which did not disappoint. The rooms are so cozy and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great night sleep and all set for a beautiful breakfast in the morning which again...

"We stayed in a twin room and the beds were very soft and uncomfortable. The towels were thin and scratchy. The skeleton key to our room made it very hard to open the room. The bathroom sink drained slow, the shower door kept going off its rail and the hot water took awhile to heat up (although there was a note about it in the room). Nice enough place but it didn’t work well for us. Thank goodness we only reserved one night."

"We did not have breakfast but regarding the stay, it was excellent. Due to the time of year (just after Christmas), there were very few other guests at the place, but I would expect it would be much more active in the Summer. No complaints."

"The Blue Haven is right in the heart of Kinsale and within walking distance to many pubs and restaurants. Room was clean and well appointed. Good water pressure in the shower. The one downside was being right on the street as it was very noisy until late at night. We ate there for breakfast and it was excellent. We also had dinner one night which was phenomenal. The other downside is parking as you’ll have to first find a spot in either the car park down the street or one of the few spots...
