"Possibly one of the best hotels I've stayed in a while. Staff were lovely. The pub on site had a real community feel and did a lovely pie and mash. Was very close to Snowdon making a sunrise hike possible and the amenities such as water and snacks were lovely. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and would recommend to travelers in the area"

My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered!
Once I got the information it was very straightforward."

"Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. The coast bus is ideal for walking from the neighborouing villages up rivers to see waterfalls, and onto hill moorland."
