"Mixed review for us. The check in process has many flaws, very disorganized. The link we were sent didn’t work so we didn’t receive any info before arrival despite having sent several messages and no replies. Thankfully there was a friendly staff member to help us when we arrived, however our room still wasn’t ready for an hour and a half after check in time and we didn’t receive the door code or room number until that time. The room itself was nice and clean."

"We reached there and we like property and rooms when we saw that but when hotel is aware of how many people are coming and when they are charging for each and everyone, they should provide service too. We had 2 rooms booked for 8 people and there were only 2 towels in room, that is something for personal hygiene and no one would like to share. "Great property in the north end of Nanaimo. Very clean spacious rooms, and safe underground parking. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice restaurant on site, but I didn’t get to use it as the power was out in the area. Great value for what you get with excellent location. Booked 2 nights and booked another before leaving. Highly recommended!"
