"Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Leider ist das Frühstück sehr einfach und langweilig. Die letzten beiden Morgen, haben wir es nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen. Der Kaffee war nicht trinkbar. Ansonsten, sehr hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal und saubere Unterkunft."

"Lovely property. Lovely staff. We were the only non-German at the hotel and resort area - not an issue except it felt like little Germany and not Spain. Breakfast was great but no-one ever checked us off a list so we could have got it for free lol! Great air con in room. It was nice and noisy as it drowned out any people and door noises so we slept well as beds were great! Had to pay €4 per night for the safe!! Never done that in over 30 years travelling! Pool towels available from reception.....

"Super location! Can’t beat it. Beautiful view from our room. Pool looked great. Could not get a spot by pool. Staff was ok. Because it’s considered an apartment, once you use your small amount of dish soap you need to buy your own. Would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our time there. It was a quick ride into Palma."

"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."
