The room was outdated, had a terrible odor as soon as we walked in, and the beds did not appear to be clean. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and was not the quality we expected. "Well maintained, generally quiet and clean hotel. A dirty diaper was found at the end of my stay hidden under a bench from prior guest. Due to that, the room a faint bad odor throughout the stay."

"I received a $70 charge for a “stained towel” my son got some Gatorade on a towel. That in no way should be a charge let alone $70! Hoping they will make it right but when I talked to the people at the front desk no manager was on duty and couldn’t help me."

"Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!"

"What an amazing little gem we discovered when searching properties around Bodega Bay. We had no idea what to expect, but we were absolutely delighted with the location and the small cabin on wheels. It was very much a glamping experience, but really made for an awesome memory. Dog friendly, walking distance to town with good restaurants and stores. We look forward to returning to stay a few days longer."
