"The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. "There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all....
