Thank you for your review, much of which seems to have been confused in translation. We were not made aware of your concerns about smells so cannot comment. Our room consumables do include soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Our lift technician was on site servicing the lifts. When entering a lift at the same time as the lift is called to another floor the lift will proceed to the second call before returning to ground. This is quite normal. We are glad you appreciated the views which are spectacular.

Hi Anonymous, We are sorry you were left feeling this way after your stay. With units individually owned, there are only some factors we can control in regards to the maintenance of our units. We take full responsibility for the rest, however, but without knowing what room you were in, will be hard to fully investigate. We apologise for cigarette butts in the pool, this is a constant battle. Thank you
