"Property was very clean we got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom from a studio which waa fabulous. Only one negative as it was a Saturday night there was no parking on the street. Thanks to the fantastic staff they allowed us to park at the front as we were leaving the next morning. Would love to go back and stay a few days , you can buy water and drinks with snacks at reception .😋."

"We hit a bad week. The second lift was not working so only one lift for a 30 storey building was not good! Cleaners had to use this one lift as well. And one day that one lift broke down for about 2 hours. The pool was out of service for repairs. A lot of construction around at the moment to build more accommodation ready for the Olympic Games. "Tidy room in a great location. Super short walk to the shops and beach. Fabulous views out over the water and the suburbs behind. While this residence was great for what it is, I would not describe it as luxury, but purely a sensible and practical location. The rooms are standard and nothing flash. One bit of feedback is for the cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms, to be more detailed as I saw mould and scum around sink and shower. The pool is a great addition. I would stay here again."

Two weeks before our stay, I contacted Q1 specifically requesting a high-floor room and was told the request had been attached to our booking. However, at check-in there appeared to be no record of it and we were initially allocated Level 16. After raising it again, we were eventually moved to Level 28. We were also told we had been “upgraded” to a two-bedroom family room....
