As the apartments are individually owned and furnished, some have air con in master bedroom, but there is fans in all bedrooms and with windows open you get the lovely sea breezes, hope to see you again

As I do not know which apartment you were staying in, cannot sort anything out regarding the bed as you said nothing to us on departure and we have not had any other comments regarding a hard bed in our apartments

Hi Jo, thank you for your review. You booked the cheaper apartment which has not been renovated. The 2 bedroom executives are slightly more expensive but have been totally renovated, much nicer, the traffic can get busy in school holidays, but its great that we are walking distance to everything you need, hope to see you again

We will notify the owner of the unit regarding supplying more kitchen utensils. Our housekeeping staff pride themselves on maintaining the apartments lovely and clean. Hi, thank you for your lovely review. Agree the views are amazing from the balconies especially of the river for the boats and sometimes dolphins chasing bait fish. The rooms are a good size for families or singles, very spacious. I will pass onto the staff your comments regarding them.

Hello Trent, the apartments are big and roomy with great views of the river, great for families and being so central, never have to drive the car, just walk everywhere. We did say to you that late checkout was only if nobody was arriving into that apartment, we received a booking on the day of your departure for your apartment, so checkout had to be at 10am, sorry for any inconvenience. Our apartments only have 1 car space, when you requested another car space we found you one, no problem, hope to see you again

Hello Joseph, thank you for your review. Its great we are very close, walking distance to everything that's needed. Each apartment has its own undercover security carpark. Our foyer carpets were only cleaned recently, as you have not given your surname or mentioned anything to us when you were here, do not know which level or apartment you were into check the carpet. All apartments have ceiling fans if no air con in the bedrooms, most have air con in the master bedroom

Hello Trish, thank you for the lovely review, we are very proud of our gardens. The BBQ is great being undercover for those hot or rainy days. The Nerang River is also lovely with all the boats going past. Our apartments are spacious, great for families being fully self contained and the balconies are great for that drink after a hard day out. Hope to see you again

Sorry but the staff were not rude to you, only asked that you take out your rubbish, as per the requirements of the hotel, you were not ask to make your bed or vacuum. They was no talk about holding your bond. Your bond was refunded in full.

Thank you for your concerns, as the apartments are owned separately, we will pass this on to the owner. Being in the heart of Surfers can get noisy on Friday & Saturday nights, agree we are very close to shops, beach & restaurants

So the facts are correct, on day of your arrival, we were informed that night that you couldn't get a visa but might be still arriving, the booking was held in case you arrived. Than you rang the Manager saying you were arriving at a later date and could we change dates to extend further. We agreed. On the new date of arrival, you still did not arrive. You emailed saying cannot come, could you have a credit for 2 years. Under the terms & Conditions of Expedia, no show is full cancellation fees. As out apartments are all owned separately, could not give you a 2 year credit. So it is wrong when you say we stole your money. We have repeatedly emailed you advising of same

The apartments are not allocated that far in advance, that apartment has new beds, new kitchen. As the weather has been very hot in January, it will warm the pool, sorry have no control over that side of things. Coming from NZ you would have felt the hot weather more. All we ask on departure is to take out your rubbish and put on dishwasher if any dirty dishes. As for any dirty dishes in cupboards, you could have told us and we would have sent house keeping back in to sort out

You booked the standard apartment which has not been refurbished. Agree we are very central to everything and large apartments great for families

Thank you for advising us of the maintenance issues when you checked out, they have now be replaced. The apartments are large, great for familys as well with the big kitchens. Air con is mainly in the master bedroom and lounge room, but with both balcony doors open you always get a great breeze blowing through

Happy that you had a great stay, but being in Surfers can get busy at weekends and also this time of the year. Our apartments are self contained so we only supply you with the starter kit than up to you to purchase more at Coles across the road if you wish. The 2nd bedroom is not air con in some of the apartments as they are separately owned, but has ceiling fans

Sorry, holiday apartment are not usually 24 hour reception, only Hotels, as we are in the heart of Surfers you sometimes do get street noise
