" Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings."

The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay!
