"I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and close to where we had plans. I knew from research that the hotel was outdated, but I thought that it might be kind of fun to stay there. I was very disappointed by the uncleanliness of the hotel. From the garbage all throughout the property and surrounding woods, the mildew smell throughout the hotel and rooms, and filthy patio furniture with cobwebs all over them. "This was our third time at camelback resort and it was really disappointing. We went to celebrate 2 birthdays this weekend and for dinner we went to a restaurant that ran out of stake there was no pasta or anything we can enjoy eating. There was no other restaurant option beside the pizza place. It was really disappointing for my family and I. We had to drive away from the resort so that we can find a decent restaurant after spending so much money on booking 5 rooms."

"Overall good visit. However, it was a Sunday and tried getting towels in the pool area twice but they ran out. Also hard time finding a seat in water park when so many chairs were saved but no one using the them. Staff was friendly and the room was clean/nice."

"Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. "
