"First the staff were excellent and helped in every way. The position of the hotel to Versailles was excellent only 7 mins away. The food for breakfast was excellent. My daughter in another room would say excellent for her room. The problem we had is that I asked for a disability room and when I got there they had given it to someone else! This was bad organisation. So I was not able to shower that night as I cannot get into a bath. It was during the heatwave. Staff moved us the next day but it...

"Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in. Observed a frustrated interaction with the guests in front of me about mis representation of parking on site. Eventually was able to get checked in myself.
