"We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. "This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it...
