"The property is old and is in need of an update. There appears to be black mold on the rim of the sinks and in the showers. The lighting is dim, and overall just feels rundown. The hotel boasts itself as pet-friendly, however, there's a sign in the lobby that states pets may not be left in the room unattended. This didn't affect my stay, but I imagine it could affect others. Something else to note was the fact that I was sent up to a room that belonged to someone else. Within 15 minutes of my alerting the front desk of this, they had sent another guest to the same occupied room that I was originally sent to. Finally, the hotel boasts 'Premium Channels' in regard to the tv. There was no menu on the tv, no way to figure out what was on without going through the 50+ channels, no way to pay for upgraded movies, and no way to stream on the tv. Seemed very antiquated. This was the least of my worries, but seems worth noting for future guests knowledge. Overall, the property left a 'bit to be desired'."

"Poorly managed. Tub kept clogging up. Cleanliness not up to standard. Half of supplies were empty. I waited around for beach towels, finally saw a cleaning staff asked her, she said I can’t talk right now lol wth. I asked for steamer on msg portal, they said they’ve bring it right away. Never arrived, I asked twice and had to leave for meeting. "

"The hot tun was broken and clearly had been for some time. We received communication about other amenities but not the hot tub. No one seemed willing to talk about it (or be honest about it) and that too, was really frustrating. We ended up leaving after one night and going somewhere else for the remaining 5 nights. There was also limited space at the pool and no place for us to sit…. And we were told that open seats were ‘reserved’ "

"Location good. Staff good valet good. Food rotten gym v good. Shower missing pieces. Faucet leaking. Needs a lot of work. Four seasons infinitely nicer but more expensive"
