"Great location, nice staff!!!….absolutely TERRIBLE coffee (instant coffee) and so-so breakfast, the infrastructure is pretty poor, plumbing, Internet, etc.
But again, the location is great, it’s just not a nice hotel"

"I went to this hotel because I like the view.
Immediately after I booked the suite, I called the hotel and I requested I suit with a view of Guapulo. The hotel worker assured me I will have what I asked, I insisted explaining how important the view was for me.
When I arrived I was designated to a suite with a view to the pathway.
