"The room had clearly had a damp problem, and smelt of damp (I did pass this on). The chair in the room was filthy (I did mention this) - and I'd rather just not of had a chair in the room (I also mentioned that). The bedding and towels appeared clean, which was at least a positive. I left two days earlier than planned."

Staff were friendly, helpful, and showed sincere interest in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Room was clean and well-kept. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area."
