Hotel murah di Gordon Heights

"The staff was helpful but our toilet leaked and although they offered us the a joining room that toilet was backed up. We had a suite but the pull out sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and the kids weren't able to get any sleep, there was a center bar that could be felt through the mattress. It was a super pricey room and we were offered 1/2 off which still seemed high for no working toilet and poor unclean accomodations. The floor had clothing left from the previous guests as well...

"Blanket had a brown stain on it and when we told the desk all they did was take off the blanket so we had to call for a replacement. The shower water was hot for about 5 seconds than ran cold."

"During US Open week, they charged us over $400 for a $105 room. Beds have thin blankets, one only. Shower barely worked. No maid service. It is a place to stay near the airport. The staff was very friendly."

"The room was very clean and very big. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location was very convenient right off the LIE. The area had restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart. There was an outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection -fruit, cereal, baked goods, yogurt and more."

"Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin."

"Linens and coffee/coffee cups only every other day. Room was cold despite being June and A/C / heat not working. No luggage carts available. Lobby coffee supposed to be up by 7am but it wasn’t.. staff said “we’ll try to get it ready”. Restaurant server rude, food barely edible and expensive."

"We normally stay at another nearby hotel, but the Hyatt offered a competitive price and we were very pleased with the hotel, staff and our room. In the future, I will be booking the Hyatt should room pricing remain competitive"

"There was only one clerk at the check in desk to handle a line of customers. The clerk had a very bad attitude towards the customers. The check in process was very confusing and tedious ( I had already prepaid). There was no information on the Hotels amenities. The room did ot even have a house phone, to be able to call the front desk for help. The staff wasnt even helpful when checking out."
