"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"What a delightful place to stay for a short break in the Suffolk borders! Beautiful spacious rooms and first class restaurant food at dinner to complement the generous breakfast options. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised how good the value for money was and we belatedly realised this is part of the same group as another of our favourites, The Maltings in Weybourne..
