"This was a terrible experience! Upon checking in, we were directed to the York Tower. I even asked to double check as the Richmond tower was a lot closer. I was travelling with two small children, and we went to the far tower and tried to find our room number, walking through the hallways twice without success. We went back to the check-in desk, and the same agent then said that he made a mistake and we were indeed supposed to be in the Richmond tower. He was smirking and tried to make light of...

"It felt incredibly homey, comfortable, and clean. My boyfriend and I had a great time staying there for our trip. They provided so many great amenities like the dishwasher and stove as well as the free laundry. The location was absolutely wonderful as well.
