The reception staff were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Finding our room was unnecessarily difficult due to poor signage and guidance. The room itself felt like it was assigned as a last option—located in a corner, giving the impression that it was one of the least desirable rooms...
