No room service staffs aren’t that friendly especially at the front desk. Light went out for about 4 hours they had no generator! Like which hotel has no generator I asked for a partial refund and they don’t want to give me.worst experience ever! The heater in the room wasn’t even working!!

I understand the hotel is still recovering with upkeep after the Covid downturn, but in-hotel dining was limited (no lunch) and expensive, no common room conveniences like water, coffee/tea. Isolated location. Excellent Oerdian restaurant nearby.
