"The smart TVs did not work. The staff said they were waiting on the internet to be transferred or something. Did not offer a discount or anything to rectify the issue. Also, there was water on the floor one morning when we woke up. I assume it was because of a leak in the ceiling (clear water marks that had been poorly patched). The room was always damp."

"Room was dirty. Shower was the worst part. Every time we used it the pipes would creak the whole time and sounded like they were about to burst. The shower head was almost missing something so the water would just pour out. Bed was uncomfortable and the comforter was dirty. The ceiling had water stains all over the room so it also smelled like mold."
