Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

Frühstück war sehr gut und der Service auch. Wir sind ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit angekommen und haben eine rechte Zeit gewartet, bis jemand gekommen ist, um uns reinzulassen. "This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."

We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"
