"Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center."

"The apartment was located in a quiet suburb. It was very spacious and modern but cozy. It was kept very clean. A breakfast was supplied every day. It consisted of cold cuts, jams, cheese, orange juice and fresh buns. It was more than enough for the two of us. "

"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. "Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"
