"The property is in pretty good shape. Minor things like the alarm clock (that I don't need anyway) not working and things like that. The elevator is staggeringly slow. What stands out negatively about this property are the sundry signs that say things like "Do not have a party in your room, you will be evicted and a $250,00 fine", "do not have non-guest visit your room, you can be evicted and there may be a fine.", "do not hold the elevator door", "do not press the floor buttons multiple times of the elevator may fail", These do not make the hotel seem inviting. There were people on the floor above me that sounded like they were moving furniture around a lot and there were other noisy neighbors."

"So from the state of Dumas in general, the hotel was in stunning shape. The rooms had nice tvs, small coffee pots and housekeeping daily. I was shocked that they had daily housekeeping as many smaller places with affordable rooms like this tend to do it weekly. There was a small breakfast available between 6:30 and 9 which I was not expecting, but I enjoyed the limited offerings they had. 10/10 will stay here again when I come into town for work. The only complaint I had (which was not the owner/operator's fault) was that someone below me decided to have a party on one of my last nights there, and had music playing so loudly that it shook stuff on the desk in my room."

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful whenever I asked questions or needed anything. The pool was indoors and really nice. However, they don't have much breakfast (granola bars, yogurt, juice), which would have been okay; however, why have a beautiful breakfast room, when you don't have much breakfast? As far as the room goes, it was spacious and the bed was amazing!"

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, the few amenities offered were sufficient. No frills, no thrills, just a clean, comfortable place to stay. I would recommend it for an overnight stay."
