"Beautiful welcome. Staff made it. Signposted well. Funny reception desk and makeshift bar next to it but added to the charm. Room was lovely and bed so very very comfortable."

"Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means. "We often pick the graduate because we love the atmosphere, river views and location. Room was great as always.. Until we dropped something and looked under the bed.. Could do with a hoover. Other than that and the lack of black pudding.. The usual perfect stay. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The balcony was bonus, even in December. "
