"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts. There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels. "The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"We only needed a room for one night. We arrived about 5:30 p.m. check in was very simple and quick. The hotel was fully booked, but it was actually very quiet. The food offerings near by were fine. We were not looking for anything fancy or special, just something wholesome and tasty. The morning when we checked out only took about two minutes. They offered the usual hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
