"Tranquillité et convivialité"

"What an amazing stay. Grand, elegant and tastefully restored farmhouse set in immaculate grounds. Our hosts, Helen and Jean were so welcoming and gave us do many useful ideas about places and restaurants to visit. We loved the breakfast with homemade jams, French toasts and local delicacies in a sublime outdoor setting. An amazing stay in a beautiful room and would definitely recommend a stay and would love to return."

"The hosts are both very attentive and also respect your privacy. We chose to eat in every night and the hosts discussed the meal before hand which included fantastic ingredients for the price, all prepared in an open kitchen while you chat or sit at the well appointed bar. The overall price for the meals and drinks was very good value given the quality ingredients and not short on portion size! Lovely...

"The place was locked up when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes for the proprietor to open the door! Very worn room which needed a refurb as did the whole place to be honest! Inaccurate listing details: there is no restaurant, just a bar, so no food. Not one of my better choices but the pictures and details do look a lot better than the reality."
