There were two extremely long pieces of hair in the bathtub upon arrival , I have a bob…. . We had to go down to the front to request an iron that we had to return immediately after using. "My vehicle is brand new and was broken into at the property. Guests staying at the hotel were having a party in a room across from mine and their guests filled most of the lot. I had to park in a lot that was adjacent to the hotel and on the grounds. It was parking that was permitted for hotel guests as well, there were no signs that said no parking. I came out this morning to windows shattered on my vehicle. No security on the grounds of the suites only at the casino."

"The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. "Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. "The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites."
