"The location was good but there are 2 separate buildings which mkes it confusing. The internet was down during our entire stay. Breakfast was OK. Staff was trying very hard to make you comfortable. The room was clean, but kind of outdated a bit."

"What I didn’t like is Expedia saying the price was including taxes & fees only to find out there was a “resort “ fee each night that is payable at the property. BEWARE!
Lastly, it’s not much of a “resort “ to be charging a fee for."

"We thoroughly enjoyed are ent stay at the Bright Angel Lodge on the South Rim. We reserved a rim view room which was yards away from the rim with parking close by.
All staff were welcoming and attentive during our stay. Breakfast and evening meal in the bar/restaurant was excellent.
We wouldn’t hesitate in staying again. If you are able to then pay the small additional cost to stay in a rim view Queen room."

"Parking is limited, so unless you’re lucky, it can be difficult to find a parking space close to the lodge.
There is no microwave in the room. It would have been more convenient if there had been a microwave available in the lodge’s lounge or another common area.
The view from in front of the lodge was stunning, both during the day and at night under the stars."
