"Close to malls and restaurants, Ibis is located in the city center so I was able to explore and walk around. The facilities are great and offers breakfast as well. Very clean and definitely worth the stay. "

"An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. THERE SHOULD BE NO REQUEST TO LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT IN ANY MODERN HOTEL !!"

"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."
