"The hotel is in a brilliant location, right on Tunjungan Street and surrounded by shops and cafés. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. "I loved it everyone was kind and very attentive to my needs. Even going as far as to open all doors for me. It was a wonderful experience I am glad I stayed."

"Very good hospitality from the staff and rooms are very well furnished since it’s just open in Oct18. Close to some malls and great value for money for now."
