"Good"

"The room was great! It includes a continental breakfast, but when we arrived at the office to have it on both days we stayed, the serving area was dirty. The orange juice machine had an overflow tray that was full of orange juice that had been sitting in there for quite awhile. The apple juice was completely gone. All the coffee cups & supplies were almost all gone. The whole area needed attention but the gal working at the front desk was sitting there on the computer. As we asked for supplies, she would get that item for us, but never checked to see if anything else was low or needed attention. Kind of disappointing."

" I appreciated the late check-in system—it was very convenient. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the heaters worked great. However, the staff was not very friendly, and breakfast needs improvement. Both mornings, the waffle machine wasn’t ready, and we had to ask for it to be turned on. The milk was also a bit warm, and the setup overall wasn’t ready for guests who are in a hurry. I also wasn’t a fan of the pre-peeled boiled eggs being left out where anyone could handle them. The indoor pool could use some improvement—it should be the water that’s heated, not just the building. Overall, an okay stay, but they need to improve breakfast and customer service."

"Great stay. Beautiful property. Stayed in one of the small cabins and enjoyed the fire pits and the private hot tubs. Staff was great and stay was great. Easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park."
