"I stayed 3 nights at the Hox, my favorite night was sitting at the rooftop pool w/ takeout watching the sunset. I had to DoorDash every meal, the onsite food was not friendly to being vegan and gluten free. The morning I was checking out I overheard the staff checking in a guest, they informed the new guests of a complimentary coffee bar and cocktails area… disappointed I didn’t hear about this when I checked in. My room was set to 66 degrees, way too cold for me. I did set the temp to 70...

"The staff was amazing, front desk, valet always smiling and very pleasant, very helpful. The restaurant on the 26th floor was a gem, I did not know. The food delicious, music marvelous. Unfortunately I could go only once since they were closed on Sunday."

"I don't know if I'm just not native to L.A or what, but the shower water was excessively hot. Even when it was barely turned on it was hot as hell. The A/C was also mid to okay, not very strong and just barely kept the room at a comfortable level. The staff were very patient, helpful, and were a highlight."
