The check in process was so easy and the staff were very nice and detailed in the appropriate instructions. We would definitely stay again."

"We had a 2 bedroom suite with the pond out front and view of the mountains. Lots of elk and geese. The front desk guy was uber friendly and more than helpful. They have a great sitting area by the pond with a gazebo and firepit which was a great place to hang out. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend it. Great off season rates."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...

"We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again."

It's a dated property but great location. Hot Tub may have worked but didn't open until afternoon, never got to use. Unimpressed, won't stay again."

Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room.
