Hotel dekat Grand Lake O' the Cherokees

"We stayed here about a week after our first stay (one night), on our way back home. The room seemed slightly bigger, but was further from the door. (We have a service dog and had requested a room on the first floor close to the door.) Not a huge deal, but wished we had the room we had on our first stay (both reserved about 5 months prior to our stays). No fridge or microwave in this room, but the first room we had did have a mini fridge. No free breakfast here. The room was clean like last time,...

"The room was ok, it seemed like several guests had their dogs and they were everywhere. I love dogs but walking around everywhere in the hotel not a fan. The hot water doesn't get very hot, which might be ok for some but we like hot showers. Breakfast was ok. Overall, for the price, ok but could of been better."

"Quite spot on a cove, not much of a lake view unless you walked down to the shoreline. Air conditioner is extremely loud. We arrived at 3:30, and they said they were closed—website shows 5:00. Watch out for deer."

"Rags were dirty had to get batteries for the remote it didn’t have soaps in there. Key card wouldn’t work for some reason in the middle of stay so I went to office rang the door bell 4 times no answer had to call twice finally got an answer."

"When booking online it said "non -refundable." That was a sign I should have chosen another hotel . The room had cockroaches, looked like blood spot on floor, wasn't vacuumed or mopped and had dog waist on the floor. Took photos and explained to front desk the room wasn't clean and the guy could not have cared less. Should have at least got the dog deposit back since the room was a mess from whomever was there before us or something. Not a good first impression of Oklahoma."
