Very new so not much of a chance to get too dirty. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning worked well but was loud. Television did not have the ability to mirror and did not have the channel we needed to watch. Bring a Roku to plug into the television. That was really the only thing to complain about so VERY minor!

The hotel was clean, close by to other food,entertainment, shops. Room was equipped with most amenities, pool, We definitely will stay again if coming through the city again.

The room is great. But be aware the ice maker makes a little noise. Lots of pillows. Good air conditioning. Clean. Kitchenette is useful. We will return and this will become our new choice of hotel in Grand Rapids.
