I was expecting this hotel to be awful bc it was inexpensive but it was clean and much more spacious than regular nyc hotels. It’s olddd but excellent location!! I’d def stay again. It’s one of the least expensive options and so convenient

We cleaned the floor of the terrace in our room 308 with the broom provided. It was full of cigarette butts. We did it thinking about your next guests... we highly recommend management to advise the cleaners to do the same. Other than that, the rest of our stay was perfect!!.
