Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well

Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth.
