"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground.
Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. These things are not expensive to install.
The bathroom floor was a bit dirty when...

"We are a couple in our mid seventies and were given a room on the third floor. There are no elevators so we had to bring our luggage up by hand three flights of stairs, with no help offered by the staff.
There is no frig in the room, so no way to cool anything down
All the areas that we were able to see were old and well used with no sign of upgrades."

"Due to all the recent flight cancellations glitch, our original hotel was overbooked and when we arrived for our reservation we didn’t have a room, We were immediately taken care of by the the staff at Leonardo, provided with a free drink while we were booked with the nearby sister hotel. We were even offered a complimentary taxi to the new booking. In the end, we had an upgraded room with onsite parking, onsite restaurant and a complimentary gift. The staff at both sites were fantastic."
