"We had very little to complain about it's a nice place vintage feel, and the wifi was down but fixed the next day all issues were handled pretty quickly however some issues like the shower needing an upgrade, and no instructions for the heater were the only negatives for my wife and I. "

"Beautiful and modern luxury in the heart of downtown Columbus. The rooms are updated with rainfall showers, square fixtures and an amazingly comfortable bed. Walking distance to the arena and other downtown locations. The breakfast bar was very upscale (prosciutto, turkey sausage, oat milk, etc) but also down to earth (cereal, toast, juice). We weren't able to eat at the hotel restaurant but there were so many choices within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Such kind staff. However, my first room had a terrible stench that made my eyes water and my stomach turn. Like something had burned in there and then was covered up with a strong detergent line-like smell. When I complained they were really accommodating and allowed me to move rooms. "People are great and so is the food. Very good alternative to one of the convention center hotels if they are too expensive or booked. Honestly this is probably better anyway. "

"Its location is convenient for walking the German village and walking to nearby restaurants. The room we were in had a problem with the toilet but we were moved to a comparable room, not poolside (but the pool was closed anyway). The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe."
