"Enjoyed a night there after being on a cruise and needed to rest before driving back home. Jeanette at the front desk was great! Joe at the pool bar was great! Loved the location of the hotel! Restaurant has a variety of food! The room was clean, modern, spacious, and smelled great! Enjoyed the Starbucks on site as well! Would def stay there again! "

"Parking especially if you're around the pool is secure. The downside is the lighting is so intense on the parking lot that it leads through the blackout curtains in your thinking that it's light outside all night. The air conditioning was noisy the front walls were thin. People smoking near the pool and on the lower floors were noticeable to my sinuses. This was a one night stop and honestly I will not be coming back."

"The staff were excellent. Lisa at the front desk was super helpful and very pleasant. The pool needed a little cleaning because there were dead dirt worms on the bottom of the pool, like a good amount. But it had been raining a lot so maybe it’s because of the weather. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had many things that other hotels lacked. They have a fridge! A microwave, you name it! Free Netflix, Disney Channel, etc. We had everything we need and more. The room I rented with a King bed also has a Queen sleeper sofa. And the property is very well decorated with ocean and beach themes. They even have a gym!!! I was very pleased and impressed. This is my new place to stay at in Vero Beach, FL. PS. The kitchen staff was amazing!"

"What should have been a free intercontinental breakfast was instead at $20 charge to use. Coffee barista at Starbucks had difficulty providing us with a basic cup of coffee and bagel. (We actually received a fork to butter the bagel!) Finally, we were charge $12 a beer at your bar for a basic domestic draft. We're in Melbourne, not NYC! Am going to refer my friends to the Hyatt adjacent to the airport in the future."

"Stay far away from this hotel !! It’s dirty, the rooms smell. They had rusty things for you to hang your washcloths on. They took them down, but there’s holes where they used to be and rust stains coming down the wall and hard waterwater stains.The staff tries but The manager has no good customer or people skills. She does not care about her customers ,is very rude and she was racist towards my husband who is black. They serve the same food day after day you might get lucky and get bacon one of the days some of the staff is a friendly, but they are afraid to speak because they say that the manager on staff has listening devices. Don’t know if that’s true or not but this is what I have been told. Do yourself a favor and go stay at a nicer Hyatt not this one right off the 95 and they built new apartments all around it and the apartments have like black gates up in there hallways. It gives a vibe like why are there locks to get in the hallways? It’s very strange. There’s only 1 person at night to cook food,check u in ,and operate the facility. Sometimes you sit there 45 min. To get checked in. There’s only a couple carts. You’re lucky if you get a cart to take your luggage up ,and there dirty,old and dingy. The phones don’t work. The Internet is spotty at best. If you wanna connect your phone to the TV you might as well forget about it because the Internet’s up and down the TVs are up and down sometimes you can’t even watch TV or go on the Internet. "

"Has full kitchen with two stovetop burners and full height freezer over fridge. It has a microwave and sink with two counter areas for prep. Has iron and board. Hallway on 4th floor had bad smell. Room smelled okay. Our room had not hot water. I only paid $125 for the night so this is what the price covered."

"The pool and pool area were closed and unsightly, probably haven't been open in months if not years. Room smelled. 4 Occupants booked but only 2 full towels provided. "
