"Stay far away from this hotel !! It’s dirty, the rooms smell. They had rusty things for you to hang your washcloths on. They took them down, but there’s holes where they used to be and rust stains coming down the wall and hard waterwater stains.The staff tries but The manager has no good customer or people skills. She does not care about her customers ,is very rude and she was racist towards my husband who is black. They serve the same food day after day you might get lucky and get bacon one of the days some of the staff is a friendly, but they are afraid to speak because they say that the manager on staff has listening devices. Don’t know if that’s true or not but this is what I have been told. Do yourself a favor and go stay at a nicer Hyatt not this one right off the 95 and they built new apartments all around it and the apartments have like black gates up in there hallways. It gives a vibe like why are there locks to get in the hallways? It’s very strange. There’s only 1 person at night to cook food,check u in ,and operate the facility. Sometimes you sit there 45 min. To get checked in. There’s only a couple carts. You’re lucky if you get a cart to take your luggage up ,and there dirty,old and dingy. The phones don’t work. The Internet is spotty at best. If you wanna connect your phone to the TV you might as well forget about it because the Internet’s up and down the TVs are up and down sometimes you can’t even watch TV or go on the Internet. "
