"The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hot tub was a little dirty and some of the structure was outdated. Overall a nice stay and so nice to have the shuttle to take us to the airport and park to fly option."

"The breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. Various choices from cinnamon rolls and pancakes to cheese omelettes and sausage to cereal and yogurt. The room was clean. "

"I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. "

"Property was clean. I think someone was smoking marijuana when we checked in. The breakfast was below average. Only had eggs and biscuits and gravy. It’s really nothing else significant besides that. Price was good and the location was good."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean and well taken care of, Breakfast had a big variety and was delicious. Parking is easy to manuever and is in a covered garage. We have stayed here a few times and keep coming back. "

"Beautiful property, well maintained. Staff were very helpful when the kids left the lights on in the back seat of the Honda Pilate and ran down the battery. Wonderful location both for Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch National Park. The grandkids loved the pool, too!"

"The breakfast was just okay. The omelets were the best thing. The potatoes and eggs were unseasoned and watery. Bacon was undercooked and soggy. Pancakes were hard as rocks. "

"The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....
