"We were traveling with a large, heavy piece of medical equipment; staff were so helpful in unloading and reloading it from our car. We appreciated having a room convenient to parking. The breakfast was better than most. The room was quiet and comfortable."

"The only complaint I have about this place was the floors in the room. The bottoms of my feet were black every night. The floors were not carpeted, just not clean. Getting the room cleaned had to be requested and I will admit I did not request."

"First room had non-functional ac in 90+ heat. Went to dinner while it was worked on. Was notified during dinner that it couldn't be repaired and to expect a new room upon return. Eventually got a room but had to wait 10 minutes in heat although they knew we were coming back. The staff member was mediocre at best in soothing the situation. I would have expected a manager to be aware and reach out. Didn't happen."

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. We absolutely loved it. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The complementary bikes were so nice and nostalgic. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh."

"Unique Property. Never saw a single member of the staff, but never needed to. Was provided with everything I could want; coffee and pastry left at the door each morning, and written information, restaurant menus, etc left in the room answered any question I could have. The most unique thing was the town of Oxford. I needed a couple of days away from stress, and found the most relaxing venue in the most peaceful town I have ever seen."

"The room was good sized, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given it was on the Route 50 end of the building. I took a star off because of the breakfast. I am pretty easy to please for breakfast. The eggs at the Holiday Inn Express were really awful. The pool looked inviting but by the time I checked in, it was too late to use it."
