"The place are beautiful!!! The staff were very nice and welcoming!!! We booked the 3 bedroom premium villa which is upgraded and little bigger it was really cool we love it , the only thing was that we had an issue with the Wifi we complained the moment we found out they said we send someone no one come!!! We keeping asking and asking we went to the front desk we will send the IT guy in hour we were there for 5 days he never come!!!!! The Arcade room and fitness room Was open 8-5 nothing to do after 5pm very disappointed, the water park was closed the Dolphin was closed no Dolphin!!! Restaurant is little over priced!!!! The place is very beautiful !!!"

"The property is beautiful and staff is friendly and helpful in every way. It is a bit dated, even though they have tried to update with new fixtures, etc. When we walked in the room, it was very musty smelling, even though they had a air purifier going in the room. You can't beat the views if you have an ocean view. The pool loungers need to have new cushions put in as the were very worn out. I also found a roach in my empty drinking glass the next morning after the first evening there, so I showed them pics and video and asked if they would come and spray, which they did, but it was very gross and made me a bit leery of sleeping even though the room seemed clean. The smell from the seaweed was nasty, but there is really nothing they can do about that. The elevator broke on our last day there, but they offered help if we needed it bringing out luggage down. Again, staff was GREAT, but the property could use some refreshing."
