"The staff was amazing especially Aleks - couldn't do enough for us. Food at the bar was pretty good - too hot to go out and find a restaurant not to mention most didn't have a/c. A/c in the room worked well but common areas were hot. Bed was comfortable; shower was nice. However, unfortunately the room was the size of a postage stamp with no place to sit or put luggage. I can recommend the hotel if you book a triple room unless you don't mind sleeping in a closet."

"Ideal location to visit London, tube is very close by to get around. Canary Wharf is like a village within the city just wonderful to stay in. The aparthotel is clean, spacious with a useful kitchenette. The staff are extremely helpful."

"Our room, two double beds, was well appointed with hair dryer, coffee/tea maker and steamer. The air conditioning worked great and was appreciated on the usually hot weekend we visited. Sam, the front desk manager, was friendly, knowledgeable and overall delightful. Always a greeting or wave when we entered or left the building. And lastly, SUPER close to Tower of London. Literally minutes away. Highly recommend."

"I switched to this hotel as it had proper ac an a great location. The staff were excellent, in every dept. Great pool an gym. Executive lounge was great for a snack or light breakfast. I loved the large selection of newspapers. I most certainly would stay here again, 5 min walk to Tower of London an the bridge. There was a Tesco near by an a chain pub right across the street.Wetherspoon I think."
